If you are a regular full-time or part-time associate you can contribute from 1% to 35% (up to 15% if you are a highly compensated employee) of your pay in before-tax or after-tax dollars (through the Roth 401(k) option) to the 401(k) plan. The Broadridge 401(k) plan is administered by Fidelity.
Once you complete six months of service, the Company helps you save through the Company match and basic contribution.
Each pay period, Broadridge will match 70 cents for every dollar you save, up to 6% of pay. After you participate in the plan for 60 months, the match will increase to 80 cents on the dollar up to 6% of your pay.
Company Basic Contribution
The Basic contribution is made to your account regardless of whether or not you contribute. Your Basic contribution is based on years of service with Broadridge and ranges from 1% to 6.25% of pay.
The Plan gives you the flexibility to invest in a number of different funds and the percent you can contribute is based on your compensation.
